If you experience any issue with your order, our support team will work with you to resolve it by providing technical assistance or, where applicable, a replacement file of equal or comparable value.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement file may be provided if:

The delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed.
The product received is materially different from the description on our website.
A technical error on our side resulted in the incorrect file being delivered.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 calendar days of your purchase at Supportleadsdatabases@gmail.com and include your order details along with a description of the issue. Once verified, we will provide an appropriate replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Duplicate or Overpayments
